摘  要:中石化广州分公司焦化汽油加氢精制装置由于原料油性质在储存过程发生变化,原料油在较高的入炉温度下发生的二烯烃缩合。导致反应床层压差上升过快。通过原料直供料,改变工艺操作方式及采用新型催化剂等手段,使反应床层压差稳定在较低范围,装置经过一段较长运行周期后,反应床层压差在较短时间内再次急剧上升,通过装置检修发现原料油与反应油换热器的壳程结焦严重,造成的原因是采取直供料后原料性质受上游装置影响及换热流程有缺陷。通过优化装置工艺操作方式及变更换热流程,使得装置的运行周期更长。The reason of reactor bed’s pressure drop increase rapidly in the coked gasline hydrotreating unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company is: Properties of raw oil change in the extended prolonged storage,condensation reaction with diene in the higher inlet temperature of stove.These reasons led to excessive pressure drop of the reactor bed.After the following measures were direct feeding and change.Process operation and use new catalysts;the pressure of the reactor bed stabilized at a lower level.After a longer run cycle,the pressure of reactor bed is again a sharp rise in short time.Through the equipment maintenance,the heat exchanger of raw oil and reaction oil can be found coking serious.The reason is properties of raw oil change after direct feeding and the heat transfer was defective.Through the optimization of process operation and change the heat transfer process,makes the unit run longer cycle.
