摘　　要：文章介绍了75 t/h干熄焦一次除尘在生产过程中经常出现焦粉燃烧熔融,结渣,造成水冷套管和输灰锥斗部位频繁堵塞。同时外部钢结构受高温变形或烧裂,必须经常停产修补处理,严重影响干熄焦生产的稳定。针对这些情况进行了详细分析,并结合实际情况进行了技术改造,取得了良好的效果,对同类干熄焦有一定的借鉴意义。The paper introduced a 75 t/h CDQ dust in the production process that often appear in coke powder combustion melting,slag,causing water cooling tube and ash cone parts frequently plug.At the same time the external steel structure steel structure subjected to high temperature deformed or cracked,often must stop production repair processing,serious impact on the stability of dry coke quenching.In light of these circumstances are analyzed in detail,combined with the actual situation of the technological transformation,achieved good results,similar to the coke dry quenching has certain reference significance.
