摘  要:浸渍法得到1%~5%不同Fes04添加量的石油焦样,利用热重红外联用仪,研究FesO4对石油焦CO2气化反应的影响。实验过程中热重吹扫气为商纯CO2(40mL/min)、高纯N2(60mL/min),升温程序为20℃/min的升温速率升高到1300℃,红外每一分钟在波数600-4000cm-1范围内扫一张图。实验结果表明,原石油焦在1100℃时TG曲线开始下降,且红外三维图在该温度段有CO的双峰出现,说明在该温度段内石油焦进行的是CO2气化反应。随着FeS04添加量的增大,石油焦C02气化反应的CO气体产生时问提前,气化起始温度降低,反应性指数R0.5增高,反应性变好。The petroleum coke (refered to as PC) with FeSO4 were obtained by impregnation method, and the reactivity of PC with CO: are analysed by TCJ.PC samples are heated to 1300 ℃with heating rate of 20 ℃/min at the atmosphere of CO2 (40 mL/min) and N2 (60 mL/min). At the same time, FTIR spectral of the gas flowing were obtained every minute. The results showed that the TG curve of raw petroleum coke begin to decline, and the CO peak has appeared at the temperature of 1100℃, which proved that the raw petroluem coke (refered to as RPC) has reacted with CO2 at 1100 ℃. As the FeSO4 added amount increased, the gasification beginning temperature and initial release time of CO are all in advance, which prove that FeSO4 can enhance the reactivity of PC carbon dioxide gasification.
