摘 要:在酚类生产过程中会产生大量工业废渣,成分复杂,难以有效利用,为了解决含酚工业废渣造成的污染环境问题,本研究利用酚类工业废渣中的有效成分,进行聚合反应,制成改性酚醛树脂,进而制成铁红酚醛防锈漆,研究了改性酚醛树脂及相应肪锈漆的制备工艺,详述了聚合反应原理,讨论了聚合反应温度、树脂酸值和氧化锌用量对涂料性能影响,结果表明聚合反应温度220-230℃、氧化锌用量0.6%、树脂酸值≤10mgKOH/g、粘度10-15s、周体份50%时,涂料综合性能最佳。A large number of industrial waste residues will be generated in the production of phenol. The component of waste residue is complex and difficult to use effectively. The serious environmental pollution will be caused when the waste is discharged into the natural environment. In order to solve it, an effective use way of waste residue was disclosed in the paper, which was the modified phenolic resin and iron red phenolic antirust paint were made by waste residue. The technologies of the modified phenolic resin and phenolic antirust paint were studied. The principle of polymerization was described. Polymerization temperature, acid value and dosage of ZnO were studied. The best comprehensive properties of the phenolic antirust paint were showed when polymerization temperature was 220-230℃, acid value was less than 10 mgKOH/g and dosage of ZnO was 0.6 %.
