摘 要:主要探讨了以硫化丁腈橡胶(VP401)、端羟基聚丁二烯聚氨酯、聚四氟乙烯微粉(PAX-5)等不同聚合物作为改性添加剂对熔铸炸药拉伸、压缩性能的影响,并从聚合物与TNT和RDX的相互作用方面探讨了不同聚合物对熔铸炸药力学性能的影响机理。研究结果表明:不同聚合物对梯黑熔铸炸药力学性能影响有明显差异,硫化丁腈橡胶可提高梯黑熔铸炸药34.83%的拉伸强度和14.77%压缩强度;以端羟基聚丁二烯为软段的聚氨酯则未能有效增大炸药件的拉伸强度和压缩强度,但提高了拉伸延伸率达53.33%;以聚四氟乙烯使梯黑熔铸炸药的拉伸强度下降了53.93%,延伸率则下降了23.33%,压缩强度下降了53.52%。The influence and mechanism of polymer on mechanical properties of TNT/RDX explosives with different polymer additives,such as vulcanized nitrile rubber(VP401),hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene polyurethane and PTFE(PAX-5) were discussed.The results showed that the mechanical properties of TNT/RDX explosive with different polymer additives were significantly different.The tensile strength of TNT/RDX explosive with vulcanized nitrile rubber increased by 34.83% and the compressive strength increased by 14.77%.The hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-polyurethane can increase the tensile extension rate of 53.33% with its tensile strength and compressive strength decreasing a little.The tensile strength and the compressive strength of TNT/RDX explosives with PTFE as a polymer additive dropped by 53.93% and 53.52%,and extension rate fell by 23.33%.
