摘 要:针对高盐对微生物的抑制和生物处理效能不稳定的问题,探讨了电-Fenton法处理高盐榨菜综合废水的效能,主要考察了电-Fenton法对高盐废水CODcr的去除效果及其影响因素,并对CODcr降解规律进行了动力学分析。结果表明,以RuO2-IrO2-SnO2-TiO2/Ti四元极板为阳极,钛网极板为阴极,在电流密度为10A/dm2,硫酸亚铁投加量为1.0mmol/L,极板间距为15mm,pH为5的条件下,电解120min后,CODcr的去除率达到了76.33%。动力学分析表明,电-Fenton法对榨菜综合废水CODcr的降解符合一级反应动力学规律,当原水CODcr为4 225mg/L时,一级反应速率常数为0.012 1min-1。通过线性方程建立的CODcr降解的反应动力学模型具有较高的回归率(R2=99.25%),与实验结果吻合程度较高。The treatment efficiency of mustard comprehensive wastewater with high salt by eleetroFenton is studied to solve the problem that microorganism is inhibited by high salt and improve the unstable performance of biological treatment. CODer removal effect and its influencing factors in high salt wastewater by electro-Fenton process are mainly investigated, and the degradation kinetics of CODer is analyzed. The results show that CODe, removal rate reaches 76.33 ~ after 120 rain at the conditions that current density of 10 A/din2 , ferrous sulfate dosage 1.0 retool/L, electrode spacing 15 mm, pH=5, RuO2- IRO2-SnO2-TiO2/Ti quaternary as anode, titanium mesh as cathode. Kinetic analysis shows that the degradation curve of CODer consists with the first-order response characteristics and the value of the kinetic constant is 0. 0121 rain-1 when COD of raw wastewater is 4 225 mg/L. By linear regression equation, kinetics model of CODer degradation is established. The model possesses higher regression rate (R2 99.25~) and has higher coincide de,tree with the oxnorlmontnl results.
