摘　　要：阐述了数字参考咨询服务与合作数字参考咨询服务的含义,通过国内外合作数字参考咨询服务发展概况的介绍,结合西北地区图书馆合作数字参考咨询服务的实际状况,提出了我国西北地区图书馆在数字环境下开展合作参考咨询服务的构想。The paper explains means of the digital reference service and collaborative digital reference, introduces developments situation of the collaborative digital reference service of our country and foreign countries, analyses the present situation of Northwest area collaborative digital reference service and points out the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions of the collaborative digital reference service in Northwest area.
