摘　　要：社区数字图书馆作为社区文化、信息和知识服务中心,是实现文化大发展大繁荣战略的基础。文章在分析了社区数字图书馆发展现状的基础上,深入探讨了目前我国社区数字图书馆建设过程中急需解决的关键问题,最后研究了社区数字图书馆平台的主要功能,并在此基础上构建了一种通用的社区数字图书馆平台。Community digital library as a community cultural, information and knowledge service center, it is foundation to realize the strategic foundation of cultural development and prosperity. After analyzing the present situation of community digital library, this paper discusses the key issues to community digital library construction of our country, finally studies the main function of community digital library platform and builds a common platform of community digital library.
