摘　　要：政治冲突是不可避免的社会现象,导致这一现象的根源大致可以归纳为两类,即:形上的逻辑根源和现实的社会根源。前者包括人性善恶的纠结和分异、经济利益的需求和差异、政治权力的诉求和争夺;后者包括社会结构变化、政府治理失灵、制度安排缺失、政治文化差异,深入分析这些根源对于有针对性地治理政治冲突具有非常重要的意义。Political conflict is an unavoidable social phenomenon which resulted from two kinds of reasons The first one is ontological reason, include generic demand, material benefit demand, political power demand. The second one is practical reason, include social structure change, government failure, lack of system, difference of political culture. To analysis those actors deeply is very important for the governance of political conflict.
