盐酸舍曲林治疗前后早泄患者血浆瘦素及5-羟色胺水平的变化

摘　　要：对71例早泄患者行盐酸舍曲林治疗8周，测定治疗前后血浆瘦素及5一羟色胺（5-HT）水平，并通过射精潜伏期、中国早泄患者性功能评分表对受试者射精功能进行评估。与64例健康男性相比，早泄患者治疗前血浆瘦素水平增高[中位数为8和29μg/L，P2.5～P97.5为（4～15）和（7～40）μg/L]，5-HT水平降低[121（72～240）和62（34～108）μg/L]（均P〈0．01）；治疗后瘦素水平下降[8（3～13）μg/L]，与健康对照比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），血浆5-HT水平有明显升高[98（87～178）μg/L]，但与健康对照差异仍有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。提示，血浆高瘦素与低5-HT水平可作为早泄治疗的监测指标。A total of 71 patients with premature ejaculation （PE） received hydrochloride sertraline treatment for 8 weeks and their serum levels of leptin and 5-hydroxytrytamine （5-HT） were detet^nined. Their ejaculation functions were assessed with intravaginal ejaculation latcney time （IELT） and Chinese index of premature ejaculation （ CIPE-5 ） value. The study was compared with 64 normal males as control. The baseline level of leptin in the trial group was obviously higher than the controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ） while the level of 5-HT in the trial group far lower than the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 8 weeks, the level of leptin dropped while the level of 5-HT rose in the trial group after treatment. Therefore a high serum level of leptin and a low serum level of 5-HT may become biological indicators for PE.
