摘  要:创新性地提出并完成了100℃、0.4MPa条件下催化氧压浸出高铁锌精矿的探索性实验、系统性条件实验、扩大实验,半工业试验及30t/d规模可行性研究。高铁锌精矿在专有设计的钛复合板高压釜中浸出,Zn浸出率95%,产出S^0 240 kg/t。处理规模1.5 t/d半工业试验连续稳定运转30天,结果很好,可为云南澜沧江铅矿进行年产万吨电锌厂建设提供设计参数。此外,采用本工艺处理几种高铟高铁锌精矿,100℃氧压浸出时,铟浸出率均可达90%~98.3%。The exploratory test, systematic conditions test, expanded trial, pilot test and 30 t/d feasibility research with catalytic oxygen pressure leaching of high-iron zinc concentrate under 100℃ and 0.4 MPa were creatively proposed and finished. The high-iron zinc concentrate was leached with special designed titanium clad autoclave, and the Zn leaching rate reached 95%, the output of So is that each ore yielded 240 kg. The 1.5 t/d pilot plant test continuously and steadily runs for 30 days, and the results are good. It can provide design parameters for construction of 10 000 t/a electrolytic zinc factory in Yunnan Lancangjiang lead mine. Moreover, our innovative processes were used for leaching high-indium zinc sulfide concentrate from several locations. The results showed that leaching ratios of indium were up to 90%-98.3% in 100℃.
