摘 要:为了改善镍冶炼弃渣还原提铁条件,对镍火法冶炼渣型进行改型研究。采用FactSage热力学软件绘制了FeO-SiO_2-CaO-Mg0渣系相图,进行了熔化温度热力学计算,并结合实验室测定结果对其进行验证。研究结果表明,在FeO-SiO_2-CaO-MgO四元系相图中存在显著的熔化温度低于1200℃的低熔点区域。FactSage模拟和实验验证显示,当Ca0含量为10%~15%、MgO含量为7%~9%、Fe/SiO_2为1.5~1.8时,半自熔渣熔点最低,介于1 100~1 250℃范围内,既可满足镍冶炼工艺要求,亦为后续提铁创造条件。To improve the conditions of extracting iron from slags of nickel smelting, the remodel of slags type in nickel pyrometallurgy was studied. The phase diagram of FeO-SiO2-CaO-MgO residue system was drawn with FactSage thermodynamic software. The thermodynamic calculation of melting temperature was performed, and the data was tested according to the resuhs determined by laboratory. The research results show that the phase diagram of FeO-SiO2-CaO-MgO quaternary system had obvious low melting point zone that the melting temperature is below 1200C. The FactSage simulation and test determination show that when CaO, MgO and Fe/SiO2 contents are 10% - 15%, 7-9% and 1.5 - 1.8, respectively, the melting points of semi-self slags reaches the bottom, ranging from 1100℃ to 1250℃. It meets the requirements for nickel smelting process, and provides conditions for subsequently extracting iron.
