汽轮发电机定子绕组并联结构对电感计算的影响

摘  要:大型汽轮发电机定子绕组通常为双层短距分布,并联支路数常大于1,基于这一事实,以并联支路数为2的300 MW汽轮发电机为对象,给出了相绕组及其两并联支路绕组的自感计算方法和有限元计算结果。以四方铁心上两个线圈并联为例,研究了相绕组的自感和其两并联支路线圈自感间的关系,并从磁路计算角度和电路角度两个方面对其进行了证明,指出有2条支路并联而成的相绕组的自感等于其中任一条支路的自感,而且有2条支路并联相绕组与其他绕组之间的互感之间也有相同的关系。Most armatures of large turbine generator have two-layer short-pitch distributed windings, and the paral- lel branches of phase windings are more than one. Based on this fact, a turbo-generator with two parallel branches is researched. And the calculation methods and results of self-inductances of phase windings and its two parallel branches are given. Take a four side core with two coils paralleled for an example, and the relationship of self-in- ductances of the coils are studied. Besides, the relationship is certified from the two standpoints of magnetic circuit calculation and electric circuit. And it is obvious that th elf-inductance of the phase windings with two coils paralleled equals the self-inductance of the arbitrary one coil. What is more, this relationship applies to the mutual in-ductances between the parallel windings or its two parallel branches and the rotor windings.
