摘 要:用动电位极化技术和化学浸泡法研究0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢在Cl-介质中的点蚀行为,并用SEM观察了不锈钢钝化膜的形貌。结果表明:硝酸钝化有效清除了0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb不锈钢表面微观凸起部分,减少Cl-产生的点蚀。该不锈钢在腐蚀初期的腐蚀速率较快,富集Cl-不仅促进初生蚀孔自身长大,还会在蚀孔内壁形成核并产生新的点蚀小孔。Putting behavior of 0Cr15Ni5Cu3Nb martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel in solution of the chloride ion is investigated by the potentiodynamic polarization technique and chemical immersion method, and the stainless steel passivation film morphology is observed by SEM. The results show that stainless steel surface micro-convex part is cleared effectively by nitric acid passivation. It reduces Cl^- generated pitting. The corrosion process of the stainless steel has a faster rate in the initial stage. Enrichment of Cl^- not only promotes the nascent pits to grow up outside, but aslo forms the cores in the inner wall and generates new pitting holes.
