CALIS对省级文献保障体系建设的促进作用——以湖北省文献保障体系建设为例

摘　　要：CALLS省中心负责各省文献信息、共享域的建设和服务工作，是CALIS三期建设目标实现普遍服务的主要连接机构。文章从CALIS三期三级云计算架构出发，分析云计算时代高校数字图书馆建设模型，以湖北省文献保障体系建设为例，阐述CALIS对省级文献保障系统建设的促进作用，并提出如何优化LCALIS的管理和服务以进一步促进各省文献保障体系的建设，实现全国高校图书馆信息资源共建、共知、共享，为中国高等教育服务。As a main connection institution for the comtrucdon to provide universal service, CALLS provincial center is responsible for the construction and scrvicc of provincial litcrature information and sharing domain. Based on the third phase of cloud computing architccttare of CALIS Phase m, taking The consUuction of Hubci province literature guarantee system as an example, this paper analyzes construction model of academic digital library in the cloud computing time, and confirms the important role of CALIS in promoting the consmtcion of the provincial information security system. In conclusion, The author puts forward how to optimize CALIS managememt and services to further promote the construction of the province litcratme guarantee system and realize co-consmmtion and sharing of academic Library Information msources for higher eduation in China.
