摘　　要：小儿痰热咳嗽是咳嗽临床常见证型,彭玉教授治疗痰热咳嗽主张肺脾同治,运脾泻肺,在临床取得良好疗效。通过对彭玉教授治疗小儿痰热咳嗽的经验介绍,为临床治疗小儿痰热咳嗽提供有效的方法。Infantile cough with phlegm heat is common in clinic. Professor Peng Yu argues that phlegm heat cough should be treated with heahhening spleen and clearing lung, which gets good effect in clinic. Through professor Peng Yu＇s experience, clinical treatment of infantile phlegm heat cough is provided.
