中成药雷公藤多苷对儿童性腺发育的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解青春期前和青春期服用中成药雷公藤多苷(GTW)患儿停药6月后GTW对青春发育期性腺的影响。方法:对1999—2008年在我院住院服用GTW治疗的年龄在5～16岁之间的97例肾病患儿进行跟踪随访,男性做精液分析,女性询问月经情况,已婚者询问婚育史。结果:受访者第二性征和外生殖器发育均正常。6例青春期前服药男性进入青春期精液分析均正常;30例青春期服药男性中2例(6.67%)精液分析异常,其中1例精液不液化,1例精子密度和活力低;精液分析正常组和异常组之间服药初始剂量、服药总剂量、服药时间和停药时间的差别无统计意义(P>0.05)。9例青春期前服药女性进入青春期后月经均正常;52例青春期服药女性中14例(26.92%)出现暂时性月经异常,与服药总量和服药时间有关,均于停药2月内恢复,停药6月后均正常。结论:服用GTW停药6月后对青春发育期性腺的影响不明显。Objective： To observe the influence of GTW to gonad development of prepuberty and puberty children. Methods：Between 1999-2008, 97 cases of children, aged from 5 to 16 years, treated with GTW and followed up, menstruation were asked in female cases, seminal fluid were analysed in male cases, and marriage and bear history were asked in married patients. Results：The second sex characters and external genital organs of 97 patients were all normal. 6 cases of boys who took medcine in prepuberty period all had normal seminal fluid when they reach puberty. Among 30 boys who took medcine in puberty period, 2 had abnormal seminal fluid（6.67% } , one case was because his seminal fluid were not liquid enough, another case was because seminal fluid had low density of sperm which had lower activity. Between normal group and abnormal group, the difference of, beginning dosage, accumulation dosage, medicine-taking time and time after stoping medicine hadn ＇ t statistic significance. 9 cases of girls who took medcine in prepuberty period had normal menstruation. In 52 cases of girls who took medcine in puberty period, 14 （ ：26.92% ） had transient abnormal menstruation and associated with accumulation dosage, but all became normal later. Conclusion： After stopping GTW treatment for 6 months or longer time, it will has few influence to fertility of children.
