摘 要:对聚碳酸酯洗涤工艺的油水分离过程进行了实验研究,研究了温度、搅拌速度、油相聚碳酸酯质量分数和水油体积比对分离快慢的影响,得出水油体积比是影响油水分离快慢的关键因素。通过测定乳液电导率的方法得出3种聚碳酸酯乳液由油包水型转变成水包油型的水油体积比,即反应完物料相转变水油体积比为0.5,酸洗和水洗完物料均为0.6,对中试装置采样分析进行了验证。通过间歇沉降实验计算得到反应完物料、酸洗和水洗完物料中油滴的Sauter平均粒径为208、301和330μm。采用斯托克斯自由沉降公式计算出液液分离器大小。为了强化分离,增加了斜板分离构件,并用流体力学软件进行参数优化。设计了3台液液静态分离器加2台离心机工艺,对原有5台离心机中试装置进行了改造,通过了72 h连续运转考察,结果表明新工艺能满足洗涤质量要求,节省了设备费用和操作费用。The oil-water separation process of polycarbonate washing is investigated in this study. The effects of temperature, stirring speed, the amount of polycarbonate and phase ratio of water/oil on separation speed are studied. The results show that the key factor is phase ratio of water/oil. The phase transition W/O ratio of three polycarbonate emulsions are obtained through measuring the emulsion conductivity, which are 0. 5 for the reaction production,0. 6 for the pickling and washing finished materials. Sampling analysis from the pilot plant verifies the results of the experiments. With the method combining the settlement experiment and theoretical calculation, the Santer average particle size of the reaction production, pickling and washing materials are 208 ~Lm, 301 ~Lm and 330 I.Lm, respectively. Liquid-liquid separators are designed based on Stocks free settlement equation. In order to enhance the separation, the inclined plates are added to the separators. The parameters of the inclined plates are optimized by the fluid dynamics software. The original five centrifuge process is modified to three liquid-liquid static separators and two centrifuges. The improved process completes 72 h of continuous operation test successfully. The results show the production quality requirement are satisfied, which saves the equipment and operation cost.
