摘　　要：水泥行业一些工艺尾气具有高温、高湿、高含尘量和高腐蚀性等特点,对袋式除尘器特别是滤袋提出了严格的要求:耐高温高湿、抗腐蚀、耐水解、抗氧化。对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)滤料性能的综合分析表明,该滤料的优越性明显,很有在水泥行业除尘工程上推广应用的价值。将PTFE纤维和其他高性能纤维组合,制成PTFE复合滤料,使之既能保证使用性能,又可节省投资,是对滤料的一次重大升级。Based on the characteristics of cement industrial gas such as high temperature, high humidity, high dustcontent and high corrosion, etc. , the strict requirements for bag type dust collector are put forward. The bag type dust collectors are required to have high temperature resistance, humidity resistance, corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance and oxidation resistance. The comprehensive analysis of polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） filter indicates that, the media has obvious advantages, which makes it have great potential in the dust-removal field for cement industry. The PTFE composite filter material based on the combination of PEFE with other high performance fibers, not only can ensure the required performance but also can save capital investment, which is a major upgrade to filter.
