摘  要:针对螺旋板换热器设计计算复杂、开发周期长且设计理论及经验均不足等问题,以提高其设计的效率和准确性为目的,联合运用VB与ANSYS软件,开发了具有工艺计算、结构计算、参数化绘图、倒锥形密封端盖结构分析等功能的螺旋板换热器CAD系统,实现了螺旋板换热器设计计算、三维参数化绘图及倒锥形端盖分析设计一体化。从而,也解决了国内缺少倒锥形密封端盖结构设计标准的困扰。In order to solve the problems about the design of spiral plate heat exchanger, such as complex design calculation, long development cycle,lacking of theory and experience, CAD system in combination with VB and ANSYS for spiral plate heat exchanger is developed aiming at improving the efficiency and accuracy of the design, which has the functions of process calculations, structural calculations, parametric drawing and reversed cone cover structural analysis. The integration of design calculations, three-dimensional parametric drawing and the reversed cone cover structural analysis is implemented. Thus, the problem of lacking of design criteria about the reversed cone cover structural can be solved as well.
