观察血糖水平变化对红细胞平均体积和血小板参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血糖水平在下降过程中红细胞平均体积(MCV)和血小板(PLT)参数的变化,探讨降低血糖对MCV和PLT参数的影响。方法:用135例高血糖症患者治疗前、后血糖下降过程中的血常规标本,在Sysmex XE-5000全自动血液分析仪中检测MCV、MPV、PCT、P-LCR、IPF等参数,对各项检测指标进行相关性检验。结果:①治疗前、后血糖下降过程中各项检测结果经配对样本t检验,Glu(t=12.456,P=0.000)、MCV(t=2.198,P=0.031)差异有统计学意义,MPV(t=1.260,P=0.213)、PCT(t=1.258,P=0.213)、P-LCR(t=1.479,P=0.144)、IPF(t=-1.265,P=0.085)差异无统计学意义。②治疗前、后血糖与MCV的变化呈正相关关系。③以治疗前、后血糖下降幅度10mmol/L为分割点分2组,用独立样本t检验比较2组各检测结果差值,差异均无统计学意义。结论:高血糖症患者治疗前、后血糖水平的下降对MCV有影响,对PLT参数无影响;而血糖下降幅度的大小对MCV和PLT参数的影响不大。Objective：To explore the influence of glucose decrease on mean corpuscular volume（MCV） and platelet（PLT） parameters by observing MCV and PLT parameters in the process of glucose levels drop. Method：Routine blood tests from 135 patients with hyperglycemia before and after treatment were done by Sysmex XE-5000 automatic analyzer,and the results of MCV,MPV,PCT,P-LCR and IPF parameters and their correlations were analyzed. Result：①Before and after the treatment in the process of blood glucose down,the differences of glucose level（t=12.456,P=0.000） and MCV（t=2.198,P=0.031）were significant.However there were no significant difference for the level of MPV（t=1.260,P=0.213）,PCT（t=1.258,P=0.213）,P-LCR（t=1.479,P=0.144）,IPF（t=-1.265,P=0.085）.②There was a positive correlation between the levels of blood glucose and MPV before and after the treatment.③The cases were divided into two groups by the blood glucose decreasing amplitude（10 mmol/L as the point of division）.Each parameter were compared between the two group and no significant difference was found. Conclusion：The decreasing of blood glucose level had influence on MCV and no influence on PLT parameter.The blood glucose decreasing amplitude had no influence on both MCV and PLT parameters.
