摘　　要：目的:探讨血液病房输血的环节质量管理,降低输血风险,保证输血治疗的安全有效。方法:细化血液病房输血管理组织和制度,制定血液品种的输注流程,加强薄弱环节的风险控制。结果:通过加强对临床输血的管理,最大程度地保证输血的安全、有效。结论:要重视输血过程每一环节的安全管理,加强输血流程中的风险控制,有助于保证输血治疗的安全有效。Objective：To investigate the quality management of blood transfusion in hematology ward to reduce the risk of blood transfusion and ensure the safety and effectiveness of blood transfusion. Method：Blood transfusion management organization and system were set up,and the training of nurses was strengthened.And the clinical transfusion procedures were developed,and the management of specimen collection,blood collection and transfusion,as well as the post-transfusion caring were strengthened. Result：The aim of safe and effective blood transfusion at the maximum degree was reached by strengthening the management of clinical blood transfusion. Conclusion：It should be paid attention to every aspect of the blood transfusion in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of blood transfusion.
