摘　　要：目的:了解十堰市无偿献血者中抗-HIV确认阳性者的分布特征,降低输血传播HIV的风险。方法:查找抗-HIV确认阳性者的个人信息,血液采集信息及检验信息,分析其感染特征,包括性别、年龄、职业和感染途径。结果:212 302名无偿献血者中抗-HIV初筛阳性122例,WB法确证阳性4例,其中献血前未知4例,流行病学调查传播途径为异性性传播3例,经血液传播1例。结论:采供血机构应在无偿献血招募、体检征询、献血者信息管理、加强实验室质量管理等方面采取有效措施以保证血液安全。Objective：Shiyan City,unpaid blood donors,anti-HIV positive confirmation of distribution,reducing the risk of transfusion-transmitted HIV.Method：Find the anti-HIV positive confirmation of personal information,information on blood collection and testing information,analysis of their infection characteristics,including gender,age,occupation,and infection.Method：212 302 voluntary blood donors in anti-HIV positive screening 122 cases,WB method confirmed positive in 4 cases,including pre-donation unknown in 4 cases,epidemiological investigation of transmission to heterosexual transmission 3,the blood-borne oney.Conclusion：blood collection agenciesshould recruit voluntary blood donation,medical consultation,blood donor information management,to strengthen laboratory quality management and adopt effective measures to ensure blood safety.
