摘　　要：1病例简介患者,女,45岁,肾巨大肿瘤准备手术,有妊娠史、输血史;血红蛋白44g/L,血型O型,Rh阳性,抗体筛查阳性,送入本血站要求不规则抗体鉴定及配合性血液筛查。To explore the autoantibodies associated with Lea isotype antibody transfusion problem.Through the clinical data analysis,erythrocyte blood type identification,serum antibody screening,identification of antibody,Coombs test and serological detection of autoantibodies,accompanied by Lea isotype antibody transfusion problem were analyzed.IgG anti Lea antibodies could cause difficulties in transfusion excluding autoantibodies.Irregular antibody screening may be particularly important to exclude autoantibodies.Abstract：
