摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀中药加核糖核酸在治疗小鼠溃疡性结肠炎中对TNF-α的影响。方法:选择小鼠42只,雌雄兼用,如何分组分为对照组、RNA、氟哌酸治疗组。治疗8d后测TNF-α的量的变化。结果:经RNA治疗后,查TNF-α水平降至正常(P<0.01)。对照组及氟哌酸组如何。结论:化瘀中药加RNA治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显,能使这一内科顽症在短时间内恢复,其作用机制之一是降低血清TNF-α水平。Objective：To observe the effect of stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs on TNF- alpha in mice with ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods： A total of 42 mice with UC, female or masculinity were chosen and divided into three groups, control group, stasis re- moving herbs plus RNA-based drugs group and norfloxacin group. After eight-day observation and treatment, we measured the changes of TNF-α. Results： The stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs group presented obvious therapeutic effect. The level of TNF-α re- duces to the normal level （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs have obvious therapeutic effect on UC, and one of its mechanisms is to reduce the level of TNF-α.
