关节对应取穴针刺结合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的:观察关节对应取穴针刺结合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将72例患者均分到治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组针刺患者患膝内外膝眼、犊鼻中、梁丘、血海5穴,留针20min;治疗组患者针刺双侧肘部曲池、手三里、肘髎6穴,留针20min,留针期间患者膝关节进行最大关节活动度的主、被动屈伸运动锻炼。使用日本整形外科学会的《膝关节功能评定表》对2组疗效进行评测。结果:与治疗前相比,2组治疗后疼痛、行走、上下楼及关节屈曲挛缩程度较前显著改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),肿胀程度有所改善,但差异无统计学意义;与对照组相比,治疗组除肿胀差异无统计学意义外,其余3项统计指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:关节对应取穴针刺结合运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎能提高疗效,是治疗膝骨性关节炎较佳疗法。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of articular correspond acupoints combined with exercise therapy for the treat- ment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated by needling xiyan, neixiyan, liangqiu, xuehai, dubizhong acupionts, and retained for 20 mi- nutes, after that, taking the needles out. The treatmrnt group was treated by needling quchi, zhouliao, shousanli both sides, and re- tained for 20 minutes. During the retaining needle time, all patients had to try their best to flexor and extensor muscles of knees. All pa- tients were treated once per day, and 20 times in all. ＂Knee Joint Function Assessment＂ defined by Japanese Plastics Association were selected to evaluate therapeutic effects of two groups. Results：After treatment, the pain of rest, walk, go up and down, and joint con- tracture in two groups was much better （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Swelling was improved, but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; comparing with the control group, except swelling, the differences of other three items＇ scores in treatment group were sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Articular correspond acupoints combined with exercise therapy can increase therapeutic effect for knee osteoarthritis, and it is a better therapy for this disease.
