摘 要:武昌火车站改扩建工程工期紧,对质量、环保要求高,且基础站台车流量大,同时有其他施工,传统网架安装方法将对基础站台原有正常秩序引起干扰。采用螺栓球节点网架吊装施工技术可以有效解决上述矛盾。通过对该技术的网架单元和施工工艺的介绍,阐述了现场施工的整个流程,以及网架吊装过程中的质量控制、安全措施和环保措施的要点。实践证明,螺栓球节点网架吊装施工具有较好的综合效益。Tight construction period,excellent quality and high environmental protection were main characters required by Wuchang Railway Station expansion project.But it was big traffic volume and another construction was executing in the basic platform,so traditional scaffolding or pick-frame tower truss installation methods would bring interferences to the original normal order to the basic platform.The introduction of hoisting installation to bolt sphere joints space truss was helpful to solve the above conflicts.By the presentation of the element of space truss and technology of the construction method,the process of the construction in the site was recorded comprehensively,what's more,the key points of the quality control,safety measures and environmental measures in the process were also described.Practice has proved that the construction of hoisting installation to bolt sphere joints space truss can achieve good overall efficiency.
