摘　　要：风险影响分析是工程项目风险评价的重要方面。首先,从多个维度分析绿色建筑的内涵,并考虑绿色建筑的长期贡献和长期效益建立绿色建筑目标体系的理论模型;其次,从内在属性和国内宏观环境两个角度,对绿色建筑的风险特性进行剖析,进一步对识别的绿色建筑风险因素进行归纳,构建绿色建筑的风险层级;最后,按风险层级和绿色建筑的参建主体,对风险因素如何影响绿色建筑目标的实现作了一系列分析。Risk impact analysis is an important part of risk evaluation.Firstly,the connotation of Green Building（GB） was studied from multiple dimensions,and a theoretical model of GB objective system was built considering GB＇s long-term contributions and benefits.Secondly,the risk characteristics of GB were dissected from the perspective of intrinsic attributes and domestic macro-environment.The identified GB＇s risks were summarized and a risk hierarchy was structured.At last,a series of analyses on how the risk factors affect the achievement of GB objectives were conducted with respect to different risk levels and GB participants.
