摘　　要：针对某旧综合楼工程地下室渗漏水情况,分析了渗漏水的原因,因地制宜地提出了治理渗漏的原则和方案,并根据工程实际情况和不同部位方案需求,选定了治理渗漏的材料品种及其性能要求。采取高分子益胶泥与聚合物水泥防水砂浆相结合的治理措施,保证了渗漏水治理效果,满足地下室使用功能要求,达到预期治理效果。Based on leakage of basement in an old complex building,the reason of leakage is analyzed and correspond principle is proposed,combined with the actual situation and different part of structure requirements,the variety and performance requirements of material for regulating are selected.The results show that there is no water leakage in basement by regulation measures of high polymer mortar with polymer cement waterproofing mortar for leaking stoppage,and the effects can meet the functional requirements.
