摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、调查法对黑龙江省的部分乡镇村进行调查,查找出黑龙江省农村体育发展中存在的问题,总体表现为:有组织的体育赛事和群众性的体育活动较少,参加的人次也少;体育经费的不足,严重制约了农村体育的发展;农民参与体育活动的意识薄弱,动机不强;人民群众基础体育设施缺乏,质量差,不能满足人民群众参与体育活动的需要;缺少组织机构和管理人员,骨干队伍较小,缺乏专业的体育指导员等。并针对这些问题提出相应的对策,目的为黑龙江省新农村建设中农村体育的发展提供借鉴与参考。This article through the methods of literature,field survey,visits some towns,conducts an investigation to find out the existing problems in the development of Heilongjiang rural sports.The overall performance is as fellows： organized sports events,mass sports activities and people participating in them are less;the lack of sports funding has seriously hampered the development of rural sports.The consciousness of farmers＇ participation in sports activities is weak and their motivation is not strong.The lack and poor quality of people foundation sports facilities can not meet the needs of the masses of the people participating in sports activities.Lack of organization and management,the backbone of the team is small,the lack of professional sports instructors and so on.In the light of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which can quickly push the development of rural sports in Heilongjiang province,and the study offers references for the development of rural sports.
