摘　　要：吴曾为南宋重要笔记作手,其《能改斋漫录》援据赅洽,辨析精核,向来为学界所倚重,然于其人之生平仕履,载籍却多语焉不详,且互有龃龉。本文广为搜求,对吴曾其人生卒年作了考证,对其入仕身份、任职地域、诗文留存等方面进行了考补,并在此基础上对其年谱作了简要梳理。Wuzeng was an important note writer in the （neng gai zhai man lu） has being always relied Southern Song Dynasty. His Nenggaizhai Manlu heavily upon by researchers for its encyclopedic historical data and precise discrimination. But, for Wuzeng, there was little or contradictory records in history. This paper focuses on Wuzeng＇s b dates, identity when going to be a official, his places iography, especially on his birth and death where he worked, his remained poems and poses and etc. on this basis, we gave a brief chronicle of Wuzeng＇s life.
