摘　　要：对外伤性腰椎间盘突出症的治疗，方法颇多，但疗效不一。如何提高治疗效果，人们把它作为一项重要课题进行了长期研究，作者运用推拿结合牵引治疗73例，总有效率为89．4％，平均2.3个疗程。认为该疗法具有操作稳巧、疗程短、疗效佳的特点，具有临床应用及推广价值。There are methods of therapy on traumatic lumbar disc herniation,but the therapeutic effects are various. How to improve the therapeutic effect is an important subject,which has been researched for a long period of time. The author adopted the method of manipulation combined with draw to treat 73 cases. The overall rate of efficiency was 89. 04% and the course of treatment took 2. 3 on the average. It was reckoned that this method had the featureres of steady and skillful operation, short course of treatment and good curative effect. Therefore this method has the value of clinic application and dissemination.
