摘　　要：随着信息时代的迅猛发展,海量的信息反而降低了工作效率。当前人们越来越多的使用MSN、QQ及RTX等即时消息软件,通过信息推送技术与即时消息软件的结合不失为解决之道,它极大地提高了有效信息的到达效率。基于信息推送技术与即时消息软件,待办工作推送系统汇集各业务系统的待办事项,并实时地将其推送给相关用户,针对性地提高工作中的信息交流和处理的效率。本文旨在介绍此系统的结构和功能设计。With the speedy development in the era of information, mass information lowers the efficiency of working instead of accelerating, for the increasing number of people using the instant messaging software like MSN, QQ, RTX, and etc. In this case, the combination of information push system and instant messaging software serves a way to break through. It makes information dramatically effective. A to-do-list information push system, based on the technical combination of information push and instant messaging software, gathers the to-do lists from all operation systems and then pushes them to relative users instantly. With this, the efficiency of information exchange and management will be increased pertinently. This thesis aims at introducing the structure and function designs of this system.
