化疗所致浅表静脉炎88例应用三黄散加味外用的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察与探讨化疗所致浅表静脉炎应用三黄散加味外用的治疗效果。方法:本文选择了176例来笔者所在医院治疗的浅表静脉炎患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组88例,观察组患者接受三黄散加味治疗,而对照组患者用50%的硫酸镁治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为98.86%,对照组总有效率为70.45%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用三黄散加味外用治疗化疗所致浅表静脉炎效果良好,值得临床推广并广泛使用。Objective： To discuss the therapeutic effects of jaweisanhuangsan treating superficial phlebitis caused by chemotherapy.Methods： 176 cases with the superficia! phlebitis were randomly assigned to observation group and control group, and 88 cases in each, patients the observation group received jaweisanhuangsan, and the other group received magnesium sulphate, The clinical effect was compared.Results： After the treatment, the total efficiency of observation group is 98.86%, and control group is 70.45%.The effect of observation group is superior than control group, there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈O.OS）.Conclusion： Jiaweisanhuangsan can promote the recovery of uperficial phlebitis, which makes it worthy of clinical application.
