摘　　要：在对江西、安徽、河北、北京等地实地调研的基础上,根据淡水活鱼流通组织模式与成本管控的关系,从信息对称性完备性、环节之间的主体竞争、链条利润波动、成本因素不确定性4个方面对我国淡水活鱼流通组织模式进行了比较,分析不同组织模式对淡水活鱼流通成本管控的影响,为选择有利于成本管控的组织模式提供依据。On the basis of investigation in Jiangxi,Anhui,Hebei,Beijing and other places,according to relationship between the freshwater fish circulation organization mode and cost control,China＇s freshwater fish circulation organization modes were compared from four aspects of information symmetry completeness,main competition between links,chain profit fluctuations,cost factors uncertainty,the effects of different organizational models on freshwater fish circulation cost control were analyzed,which provides basis for choosing the organization mode in favor of cost control.
