社会主义新农村建设与构建和谐社会的关系研究

摘　　要：在分析社会主义新农村建设和构建和谐社会的含义的基础上,对两者之间的关系进行了研究。指出社会主义新农村是指在社会主义制度下,反映一定时期农村社会以经济发展为基础,以社会全面进步为标志的社会状态,包括新房舍、新设施、新环境、新农民、新风尚5个方面。建设良好的农村人居环境是构建农村和谐社会的前提,发展乡村经济是构建农村和谐社会的物质基础,加强文化建设是构建农村和谐社会的精神动力。Based on analyzing the connotation of socialism new rural construction and building a harmonious society,the relationship between them was studied.It was pointed out that ＂socialism new rural＂ refer to under the socialist system,a social state with economic development as the basis and all-round progress as the symbol during a certain period,including five aspects,namely new houses,new facilities,new environment,new farmers,new fashion.Constructing a good rural living environment is the premise of building a harmonious society in rural areas,the development of rural economy is the material basis to build a harmonious society in rural areas,strengthen cultural construction is the power of the spirit of building a harmonious society in rural areas.
