摘 要:[目的]为柳枝稷在滨海盐渍土上的种植提供试验依据。[方法]用不同浓度的单盐NaCl和混合盐溶液处理,研究柳枝稷种子在发芽阶段对盐胁迫的反应和胚根、胚芽比的变化。[结果]当单盐和混合盐盐浓度低于3 g/L时,柳枝稷种子的发芽率不受影响,相对盐害率为0;单盐与混合盐溶液对种子的胁迫随盐处理浓度增高,种子发芽率逐渐下降。盐浓度对种子的发芽进程有明显滞后的影响。柳枝稷胚芽在不同盐浓度胁迫下表现出的反应不同,高盐胁迫对抑制胚根生长的影响较大。[结论]该研究可以为柳枝稷种子发芽、苗期耐盐性鉴定提供参考数据。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide experimental basis for the cultivation of switchgrass in coastal saline soil. [ Method ] Germination response ,embryonic root and embryonic bud ratio of Switchgrass treated with sodium chloride and natural mixed salt solutions were studied. [ Result] Irrigation with salt solution lower than 3 g/L had no effects on the germination of switchgrass. With salinity increasing, the germination rate decreased gradually. At the same time, germination process was retarded by high concentration of the salt sharply. The em- bryonic bud had different response to the salt concentration, and the higher salt concentrations had more influence on the embryonic root. [ Conclusion ] The study could offer the reference data for the seed germination of switchgrass and salt tolerance identification of seedling.
