摘  要:[目的]对3种不同栽培类型的白芷进行同工酶分析。[方法]通过垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对选育的3种不同类型(表型)的白芷进行过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶分析,并根据分析结果探讨其亲缘关系。[结果]过氧化物酶共得到15条谱带,其中7条是3个类型白芷的共有特征谱带;酯酶同工酶中得到12条谱带,其中6条是共有的特征谱带;聚类分析表明,3种不同类型的白芷间差异较大。[结论]该研究为白芷优良品种的选育提供了可靠且快速的生理生化选择指标。[ Objective ] The aim was to analyse the isozyme of three different types of cultivated Angelicae dahuricae. [ Method ] The peroxi- dase (POD) and esterase (EST) isozyme of three different types (phenotypes) of A. dahuricae was analyzed by the vertical slab polyacrylam- ide gel electrophoresis technique, and according to the analysis results, the genetic relationship of them was analyzed. [ Result ] A total of 15 POD and 12 EST bands were received in the test, and 7 POD and 6 EST bands of which were common characteristic bands; the cluster analy- sis showed that, A. dahurica plants in three different types varied significantly with each other. [ Conclusion] This study provided reliable and rapid physiological and biochemical index for the breeding of A. daburica.
