摘  要:[目的]研究等离子体不同次数处理大豆(Glycine max L.)种子对其生物学性状、产量及产值的影响,为等离子体处理大豆种子技术的应用提供理论依据。[方法]试验共设7个处理,处理1应用剂量1.0A×1次,处理2应用剂量1.0A×2次,处理3应用剂量1.0A×3次,处理4应用剂量1.0A×4次,处理5应用剂量1.0A×5次,处理6应用剂量1.0A×6次,处理7为对照(CK)。[结果]等离子体处理的大豆种子能明显提高苗期的根系数,并提高开花率、结荚率;各处理比对照增产23.0~315.0 kg/hm2,增幅达0.9%~12.6%,增值74.8~1 126.0元/hm2。处理2效果最好,与对照相比,增产、增幅、增值最高,分别为315.0 kg/hm2、12.6%、1 126.0元/hm2。[结论]等离子体处理大豆种子的最佳次数为2次,增产、增收效果显著,这可为大豆优质、高产、高效栽培技术的广泛应用提供有力的技术支撑。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of plasma treatment in different times on biological characters, yield and output value of soybean, and provide a theoretical basis for application of technology of using plasma to treat soybean seeds. [ Method ] Seven treatments were designed, each treatment' s application dose was 1.0 A, while application times of treatment 1 ~ 6 was 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 resp. , treat- ment 7 was the control. [ Result ] The results showed that the number of root, flowering rate and bear pods rate of soybean increased by plasma treatment. Soybean yield of all treatments increased by 23.0 - 315.0 kg/hm2 compared to treatment 7, increasing amplitude was 0.9% - 12.6%, and their output value increased by 74.8 - f 126.0 CNY/hm2. Thereinto, treatment 2' s effect was the best, and its yield increasing amount, yield increasing amplitude and output value increasing amount were the highest compared to treatment 7, and was 315.0 kg/hm:, 12. 6%, 1 126.0 CNY/hm2 resp.. [ Conclusion] The optimum times of using plasma treating soybean was 2, which yield and output value in- creased significantly, and could a provide powerful technical support for widely utilization of good quality, high yield and high efficiency soy- bean cultivation technology.
