烟叶主流烟气中苯酚释放量与常规化学成分的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究烟叶主流烟气中苯酚释放量与其常规化学成分含量间的相关性。[方法]采用连续流动分析仪和高效液相色谱分别测定了15个不同类型烤烟烟叶常规化学成分(总糖、总氮、还原糖、烟碱、钾和氯)的含量及其主流烟气中苯酚的含量。[结果]试验表明,烟叶主流烟气中苯酚的释放量与其总氮、烟碱和氯含量呈显著正相关关系,与总糖和还原糖含量呈显著负相关关系。[结论]研究可为卷烟工业企业低危害烤烟型卷烟配方设计提供参考。[ Objective] To study the correlations between the delivery of phen01 in mainstream smoke of cigarette and the conventional chemi- cal constituents in tobacco leaf. [Method] The phenol in mainstream smoke and the contents of conventional chemical constituents （total sug- ar, total nitrogen, reducing sugar, nicotine, potassium, chlorine） in 15 samples of flue-cured tobacco were determined by HPLC and continu- ous flow injection analyzer respectively. [ Result] The results showed that phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke significantly positively correla- ted with the content of total nitrogen, nicotine and chlorine in tobacco leaves and significantly negatively correlated with the content of total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves. [ Conclusion] The study can provide reference for formula design of low damage flue-cured tobacco in enterprises.
