刺五加制剂抗疲劳的实验研究

摘　　要：为了探讨刺五加等中药的抗疲劳作用及其机制 ,我们观察了给予刺五加制剂后的小鼠运动能力及其力竭性游泳运动前后血乳酸、肌糖原、肝糖原含量和乳酸脱氢酶的活性。结果表明刺五加等中药制剂具有增强运动能力 ,增加机体对运动的适应能力 ,并能增加肝糖原和肌糖原的贮备。In order to explore the effects of radix acanthopanacis etc. on anti fatigue in mice, we observed the duration of exhaustive swimming and the blood lactic acid (LA)、 muscular glycogen、 hepatic glycogen concentration and lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) activity before and after exhaustive swimming.The results indicated that radix acanthopanacis may enhance exercise performance、 enhance the adaptability of exercise and increase the muscular and hepatic glycogen reserve.
