摘  要:针对某合成化工厂产生的含高浓度硝酸铵废水,设计了一套零排放处理工艺。该工艺首先对废水进行絮凝沉淀和过滤,去除重金属Cu2+后,采用机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术对其进行蒸发浓缩,至硝酸铵浓度≥30%。浓缩液可作为化肥企业的生产原料。MVR冷凝水经膜过滤系统处理后,TDS≤50mg/L,回用至生产过程。Zero-emission treatment process for the ammonium nitrate wastewater from a synthetic chemical factory was designed. In a pretreatment section the heavy metal iron (Cu2+ ) in the wastewater was removed through flocculation sedimentation and filtration. After that, the wastewater was concentrated with a mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) system. With further treatment through a membrane filtration system, the condensed water was reused in the production procedure of the factory. The remaining concentrated wastewater could reach an ammonium nitrate concentration of above 30% and could be used as the raw material for fertilizer production.
