扩张性心肌病患者反复住院的原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:讨论扩张性心肌病反复住院患者的原因和护理。方法:对70例扩张性心肌病反复住院患者的原因进行分析。结果:心力衰竭是导致扩张性心肌病反复住院的重要因素,而感染、劳累、药物依从性、饮食是诱发心衰的主要原因。结论:积极控制感染,改变不良生活方式、生活行为,遵医服药等,能有效降低扩张性心肌病患者再住院率、改善患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss repeatedly hospitalized patients with dilated cardiomyopathy causes and nursing. Methods 70cases of dilated cardiomyopathy repeatedly hospitalized patients the cause analysis, the resttIts of heart failure is the leading cause of dilated cardiomyopathy with repeated hospitalizations are important factors, and infection, fatigue, medication adherence, diet is the main reason induced heart failure. Conclusion positive control of infection, adverse changes in lifestyle, living behavior, compliance of medication,can effectively reduce the di- lated cardiomyopathy patient readmission rate, improve the quality of life of patients.
