现代农业科技园区竞争力评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：现代农业科技园区的竞争力评价指标体系十分重要。首先分析了现代农业科技园区的竞争力评价方法和要素;其次从基础建设和园区规模、区位优势和市场环境、产业链条和企业发展、科技创新和人力资本、园区管理和公共服务、政府扶持和政策优惠6个方面构建了完整的现代农业科技园区竞争力评价指标体系,并确定了指标的权重;最后对指标体系的应用进行了展望。It is very important of building up competitiveness evaluating criterion system for modern agricultur- al science-technology area. This paper firstly analyzes the competitiveness evaluating methods and elements for modern agricultural science-technology area. And then, it builds up a complete competitiveness evaluating criterion system for modern agricultural science-technology area from six aspects, which include infrastructure construction and the size of the park, location advantages and market environment, the industry chain and enterprise develop- ment, technology innovation and human capital, the park administration and public services, government support and preferential policy, and it also determines the weight of the indexes. Finally it has a prospect of the application of criterion system and so on.
