肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗难治性便秘270例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗难治性便秘的临床效果。方法将270例难治性便秘患者采用肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗。结果治愈率为85．19％，总有效率为100％。且6个月后随访，治愈率为74．08％，有效率为98．88％。无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁患者。结论肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗难治性便秘有良好效果，操作简单，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the the anal canal lysis with the Yangyin Decoction clinical effects of the treatment of refractory constipation. Methods 270 patients with refractory constipation in patients with anal canal lysis treatment with Yangyin Decoction. Results The cure rate was 85.19%, the total effective rate was 100%. And 6 months follow-up, the cure rate was 74.08%, the effective rate of 98.88%. Anal stenosis and fecal incontinence patients. Conclusion Anal lysis with YangYin~ Decoction in the treatment of refractory constipation has a good effect, simple operation, worthy of clinical application.
