摘　　要：与大学扩招、教育产业化、建大学城等教育改革同步,大学教育质量明显滑坡,大学毕业即失业使这一问题更加凸显,人们纷纷将矛头指向教育改革;僵化的教育体制,更是千夫所指。事实上,大学教育的直接实施者是大学教师,教育质量滑坡的内在原因只能是大学教师,找到这一根本原因,并促使大学教师"文人相亲",才是解决问题、提升教育质量的关键。With the educational reform synchronizations, such as university recruitment, education industrialization and building University City, the quality of university education is obviously landslide.The unemployment of university graduate makes this problem more reveal. People point a finger at the educational reform; the education system is also being accused. As a matter of fact, university teachers are the direct executors of university education, they are also the internal cause of the landslide of education quality. To find the roots and promote the university teachers mutually close is the key of problem solving and improvement of education quality.
