高校学生管理责任困境问题分析

摘　　要：在学生权利意识增强但缺乏驾驭能力等因素的制约下,高校常常陷入学生管理责任困境。文章认为应当从加强专职辅导员工作队伍建设,完善高校学生管理制度和规定,建立健全法律法规明确高校与学生的权利义务关系,提升学生权利义务法制观念,构建学校、社会、家庭三位一体教育体系等方面解决高校学生管理责任困境问题。Colleges and universities often get into the responsible dilemma of students management. The paper argues that several measures should be taken to solve this responsible dilemma of students management： strengthening the construction of professional instructor team, improving the system and regulations of students management in the university, establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations to clear relationship of rights and duties between the university and student, promoting the students’conception about rights and obligations, and building the triune education system of the school, the society and the family.
