摘　　要：以作为云南省高等教育重要组成部分的10所州市高校30余年来的发展变迁为引子,作者选取在其中工作了34年的红河学院为样本,对一所州市高校从一无所有走到今天作概要的描述,并对州市高校未来的发展方向和道路作一些憧憬和展望。As an important component of the local higher education institutions （HEIs） in Yunnan Province, based on the 30 -year development of 10 local HEIs, the auther takes Honghe University which he has been working for 34 years as an example. He gives a summary description of its great changes from the past to the present and the expectation and prospect for the future development of the local HEIs.
