摘　　要：本文采用症状自评量表对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。不同任教科目、不同职称、不同工资水平的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早加强心理干预。Applying the Symptom checklist, the paper assesses psychologically 1800 female teachers＇ psychological health condition in our country＇s universities. There is sta- tistical significance to analyses differences among college female teachers＇ psychological health according to their differences concerning teaching subjects, titles and wages levels. Female college teachers with different seniorities have marked differences in somatization, compulsion, hostility. Female college teachers＇ psychological health status is not optimis- tic, and it is urgent to strengthen psychological intervention as soon as possible.
