摘  要:目的:了解某军校卫生队长对卫生勤务学课程的满意度。方法:采取整群抽样的方法抽取该军校学员124人,应用自制的调查表,以问卷的方式进行调查,采用Epidata 3.0建立数据库,SPSS 11.0软件进行软件分析。结果:卫生队长工作年限不同结课成绩差异均有显著性(P<0.05);针对不同的教育内容满意度不同(P<0.05);对不同课程目标的认可程度统计学无显著性差异。结论:应根据工作年限的不同而在授课中适度调节不同授课内容的比例,并将卫生勤务学的实践教学内容系统化,实行卫勤课堂作业+卫勤图上作业+卫勤演练+战救技术等为主线的卫勤实践教学模式,突出教学内容的针对性、实用性、前瞻性和实践性,充分体现任职教育的特点。Objective:To investigate the degree of satisfication among the health captain about military health service in military academy.Methods:A home-made questionnaire was conducted on 124 students,who chosen under cluster sampling from a military academy.Database was built by using Epidata 3.0.Statistics software was SPSS 11.0.Results:The results among the health captain are different significantly(P0.05);the degree of satisfication of different teaching contents is also different significantly(P0.05); there is no significant in the degree of confirmation among different objectives.Conclusion:Teaching contents should be adjusted with different working time among the health captain and are included in military medical exercises as the main line of the systematic practice teaching model.Military health service should display its direction,usefulness,prospective,and practicality.
